At Buckhead Threads, we understand that getting your items quickly and safely is important to you, so we make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped promptly. Our shipping policy is designed to offer you the best possible experience with fast and affordable shipping.

 

Orders Over $200:

If your order total is more than $200, then shipping will be free of charge. We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our packages in a timely manner. Depending on your location and the size of the package, orders may take up to 5 business days for delivery. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays when orders are unable to ship or arrive.

Orders Under $200:


If your order total is less than $200, then there will be a flat rate fee of $9 for shipping. We use reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our packages in a timely manner. Depending on your location and the size of the package, orders may take up to 5 business days for delivery. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays when orders are unable to ship or arrive.

International Shipping:


We do not currently offer international shipping services at this time; however, if you would like us to ship an item internationally you can contact us directly via email or phone with details about what items need shipped along with their destination address and we will work out an arrangement with you directly.

Delivery Time Estimates:


Generally speaking most orders within the US take 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipment while international shipments typically take 3-5 business days prior to shipment due to customs processing times which can vary from country to country; once shipped, domestic packages typically take 2-5 business days for transit time while international packages may take 7-14 business days depending on customs delays which vary by country. Please note that these estimates do not include weekends or holidays when orders are unable to ship or arrive.

Delivery Tracking:


Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email containing tracking information so that you can follow its progress from our warehouse all the way through its journey straight into your hands! This tracking information can also be found in the ‘My Account section of our website should you need it later down the line as well!
